I am an experienced MSK physiotherapist with a strong background in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. Over the years, I have worked across multiple hospital departments, including Orthopaedics, Neurology, and Geriatrics, as well as managing private patients in clinical settings. This diverse experience has equipped me with the skills to treat patients of all ages and backgrounds.

I also hold a postgraduate qualification in Strength and Conditioning, which has given me a deep understanding of exercise-based rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. My approach emphasizes evidence-based treatments tailored to the individual, combining manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to promote long-term recovery and optimal physical function.

In addition to clinical work, I stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in physiotherapy and strength training, ensuring my patients benefit from the most current and effective treatment techniques. My goal is to empower my patients to regain their strength, mobility, and confidence, allowing them to return to their daily activities or sports safely and efficiently.
